Constructive Engagement
The Brights movement encourages you to engage positively and profitably with fellow citizens. This follows not only when beliefs about the world are shared, but also when their beliefs do not align with your worldview.
Suggestions:
- Set civic expectations for a mutually respectful dialogue taking place between fellow citizens.
- Model civility in your own conduct.
- Build a civic bridge (Find some shared concerns, causes or beliefs to rise above differences in belief.)
